Maker Faire

Sunday, June 3rd, 2012

One of the hardest events to scrapbook.  This was our third time in attendance.  It’s so hard to scrapbook because there are so many random things to see and do at the fair and the colors are all crazy!  So I decided to focus on the blues.

Tobin’s favorite thing to see where the glowing blow up “trees.”  He was not shy yet and was willing to let anyone hold him that would take him back to the tree.

Products used:  Patterned papers:  Bella Blvd, My Mind’s Eye (dots and stars);  Chipboard banners:  Close to My Heart;  Ribbon:  American Crafts;  Letters:  Making Memories, Sassafras (grey);  Stamps:  Close to My Heart;  Sketch:  Sketches for Scrapbooking Volume 7

Renaissance Faire

Monday, April 12th, 2010

This past fall, we went to the Gilroy Renaissance Faire with some friends. We enjoyed watching jousting, acrobatics and belly dancing shows and consuming turkey legs and other fine foods. Also, some good people watching. I don’t think everyone got the “Renaissance” memo. Like Elvis.

Details: Background striped paper is by My Mind’s Eye Andrea Victoria. Diamond patterned paper is by Recollections (Michael’s). Green letter stickers are by MLS. “Faire” was cut using the Storybook Cricut cartridge. Owl was cut with Gypsy Wanderings.
